⁠Action Potential prediction -- Results data store

cardiacmodelling/ap-nimbus-datastore:<ver> is optional unless using orchestration⁠ of some sort.

When orchestrating, the idea is that client-direct (or a bespoke client) starts a simulation by POSTing the input data to app-manager, which responds with a simulation identifier. Thereafter client-direct and app-manager then read from and write to (respectively) the datastore. The intention being that app-manager is free to scale up/down as demand requires.
