⁠cBioPortal Clickhouse Importer

This repository contains Docker images for the ClickHouse importer application, designed for use with cBioPortal Docker Compose setup. These images are built using a custom Dockerfile⁠.

⁠Image Tagging

Each image in this repository is tagged by the commit number of cbioportal-core⁠. To build a newer image with a specific cbioportal-core commit, update the Dockerfile⁠. This triggers a Github action⁠ that builds and pushes the new image to this repo.
