Vagrant (VirtualBox)

AlmaLinux 9 with HashiCorp Vagrant and VirtualBox 7.1. The Cinc Server pipeline uses it on a VirtualBox-capable runner to bring up local test VMs, install the freshly built server package on them, and run the test suites. See cincproject/vagrant for the OpenStack variant.
