Centos7 image with Apache and PHP 5.6 using the webtatic php56w repository. Adds github ssh host key for checkout of content to http docroot. Uses supervisord to launch apache and sshd for convenience. Installs composer and a few common php libraries. Meant to be used as a base image from which to build a child image to checkout code from github to the web root for launch. Doesn't do much on its own.
