REINVENT 4 LibInvent decorates a molecules Murcko scaffold with new R-groups. The input is reduced to its scaffold before generation, discarding its own substituents, stereochemistry and functional groups; if no attachment points are specified, the model finds them on free scaffold carbons and iterates through combinations of one to three.
This model was incorporated on 2024-04-18.Last packaged on 2026-09-18.
