• PROJECT_ID: Google Cloud project ID that hosts Firestore.
• SLACK_BOT_TOKEN: Slack bot token.
• SLACK_VERIFICATION_TOKEN: Slack verification token.
• LIMITS: Pairs of a Slack channel ID and your monthly limit separated by commas.
