streamlio/sandbox repository overview

A Docker image for experimenting with the Streamlio platform on your laptop. The image contains:

• an Apache Pulsar⁠ (incubating) pub-sub message broker
• a single-node Heron⁠ cluster
• an Apache BookKeeper⁠ message storage server (aka "bookie")
• an example Heron topology⁠
