Runs prometheus exporter for Anker Solix

• ANKER_USERNAME (required): Email address of your Anker account
• ANKER_PASSWORD (required): Password of your Anker account
• ANKER_COUNTRY (required): A two-letter country code (e.g. DE)
• DEVICE_SN (required): Device S/N
• HTTP_PORT(optional): Port for running the exporter (default: 3000)
• S2M_LOGIN_STORE (optional): path for the persistence of auth data (default: auth.data)
• LOG_VERBOSE (optional): Set to true for more logs (default: false)
