⁠Menon Lab Preprocess

This is a working project to convert the original⁠ pipelines to run via containers. We will attempt to build Singularity containers that run the equivalent steps in a modular fashion.

• original⁠ (src --> source) scripts and README⁠ are provided here. We will use these scripts to guide development of the container.
• development⁠ includes scripts, documentation, and recipes for containers.
