Vald LB Gateway
vald-lb-gateway is the image for the vald-lb-gateway component.
This image is responsible for the following:
- Pass and load balancing requests to other Vald components
- Control processing with a timeout setting
- Aggregate search results from each Vald Agent
- Sort and combine into one search result
This image is essential to operate the Vald cluster. For more details, please refer to the component document.

Get Started
vald-lb-gateway is used for one of the components of the Vald cluster, which means it should be used on the Kubernetes cluster, not the local environment or Docker.
Please refer to the Get Started for deploying the Vald cluster.
