Usage: ctl.sh [OPTION]... --type [aws|bmlb]
Install nginx ingress controller to Kubernetes cluster.
Default namespace is 'kube-nginx-ingress'. Can be overridden with '-n' option.
Mandatory arguments:
  -i, --install                install into 'kube-nginx-ingress' namespace, override with '-n' option
  -u, --upgrade                upgrade existing installation, will reuse password and host names
  -d, --delete                 remove everything, including the namespace
  -t, --type                   load balancer type, either 'aws' or 'bmlb'
Optional arguments:
  -h, --help                   output this message
  -n, --namespace              use provided namespace instead of the 'kube-nginx-ingress' default
      --ingress-replicas       set ingress controller replicas count
